Local-first session data
You can use SessionRun without an account. Sessions, blocks, notes, timing data, imports, and exports stay on your device unless you choose a feature that sends data to a service provider.
Browser storage is used to keep local sessions available between visits. Clearing browser data can remove local sessions.
Account and cloud sync
If you sign in and enable optional Cloud Sync, SessionRun stores your sign-in email address, synced sessions, synced blocks, cloud-session settings, and related account preferences through Supabase-hosted infrastructure so your sessions can back up and open on your devices.
Free accounts can keep using unlimited local sessions. The first cloud sessions sync automatically within the free limit; later sessions stay local-only until a cloud slot opens.
Public Live Timer sharing
If you create a public Live Timer link or QR code, SessionRun stores the public timer state needed to serve that participant view.
Private facilitation notes are not intended for that public view.
Analytics and diagnostics
SessionRun does not use third-party tracking SDKs or advertising ID tracking.
Operational logs and diagnostics may include technical data such as device or browser information, errors, timestamps, and coarse product events needed to keep the service reliable.
Service providers
The app uses infrastructure and product services such as Cloudflare for hosting and Supabase for authentication and sync.
Providers are used only for the product functions they support, such as hosting, authentication, sync, public live sharing, and diagnostics.
Retention and deletion
Local sessions remain on your device until you delete them or clear browser storage.
You can delete your cloud account in the app. Deleting it removes the cloud account and synced cloud data associated with it. Local sessions on your current device remain available unless you delete them yourself.
Your choices
You can use the app locally without signing in. You can decide which sessions are synced, export your own data, remove local sessions, and delete your cloud account in the app.
